I have 1125 gamerscore for halo 3 but i dont have the security helmet or the katana. i have all of the security armor except the head and all of the hayabusa armor except the katana. is it glitched or did i do somthing wrong?

First for the shoulders get 700-850 gamerscore in halo 3 and for the head get 1000 gamerscore from halo 3 and there is a glitch where you dont unlock it
i know I have security armor because I have 1010 gs and befor I had the shoulders but know when I got 1010 gs its not there anybody know why and how to fix it fast so it doesnt cost me months PLZ

We are not hackers. This is legit. I was checking my armors because i had stupid armor on and i found my Security helmet and katana body piece. So here is this major glitch. I do not know how to do this. I do not have all achievments either.
