Yes, there are 7 Vidmasters that you need (all of them) split between Halo 3 and ODST.

Just wondering if there are going to be new weapons in H3 Recon.
Definitely a possibility. If not I’ll be disappointed..

Are halo 3 ODST and Halo 3 Recon the same game or two different games? If they are different what is Halo Recon about?
Halo Recon was the pre-release title of Halo 3 ODST

You need to have 4 players to unlock the achievement.
Start from the beginning of the level Halo.
Set the difficulty level on "Legendary".
Turn on the "Iron Skull".
Finish with all four players in "Ghosts" at the end.
